Ans. IIM Ranchi provides financial assistance for 4 years, which includes the following:

The tuition fee for the PhD students is waived off for the entire program.
The accommodations are free at the campus.
They get a stipend of INR 30,000 for first 2 years and the stipend increases to INR 35,000 after qualifying the comprehensive examination at the end of the second year.
Then there is contingency allowance of INR 1,00,000 and INR 50,000 for purchase of computer and software.
Conference Grant for first four years and Financial support in presenting papers in 4 Domestic and 1 International Conference.
