Is Galgotia University worth it for B.tech??

Placement Experience:

I don't know much about the placement ratio but placement is good. Recently one of the students got a package of 1.5cr and being from a private university it's a very big opportunity. An average package is 4-5 lakh.

Remarks:

There is no requirement for the entrance exam. If you have gained 60% in PCM you can easily get admission to B.Tech computer science and engineering You can apply online for admission from their official website, there you can get an application form and the application form fee is 1100.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I want to be a software engineer and have an interest in a technical field that's why I opt for this course. In our college most facilities are Ph.D. and some are pursuing. Our semester exams are conducted on time and there is no difficulty in passing exams.

Remarks:

Our college admission process was conducted in a very good manner. College admission concerning faculties was instructing us and behaved nicely. For taking admission I gave JEE Mains conducted by NTA.

By the end of the sixth-semester students are eligible for campus placement. Many top companies like Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, etc., visit the college and most of the students got placed. The highest percentage of placement is 100 per cent.

Remarks:

You can take direct admission to this university or through UPCET counselling which is conducted by the U.P government. Or you can visit the university website for the online admission process. If you get above the 80 percentile in JEE Mains then you can get a discount on fees by taking admission through UPCET counselling.

LIFE AT GALGOTIAS

Placement Experience:

1 . For BCA you are eligible from 5sem for the placements. 2. During our period not many companies visited only some startups were there 2-3MNC were there like WIPRO, and TCS only. 3. Highest 4lpa average 3lpa lowest 1.8lpa. 4. There were almost 280 students in our whole BCA adding 3 sections. Only 20-25 students were placed. For BCA, not a good placement. Was there but you can get a job offline off campus. 5. I'm preparing for government jobs.

1. No there was direct admission based on your 12 marks. 2. You can get all this information on their official website regarding applications, fees, etc. 3. No didn't get any benefit and I'm knowledgeable about this. 4. No it's easy to process.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good for B.Tech and BBA. The average is 3lpa and over is 4-6 LPA. You have to be good to take a placement as only a few are selected not a 100% placement as companies take the selected persons only.

Remarks:

Eligibility is 50% in your 12th class. Everything is available online. The admission process is good but should be more smooth and help should be provided. I have not availed of any reservation so I don't know.

Galgotias honest Review

Placement Experience:

The placement of our college is between Rs500000- Rs2200000 which is good. Many MNC companies visit every year where around 60% students get placed in MNC companies. I want to try for gate exam and I was trying to get good marks.

Remarks:

I was got admission through cuet counseling which was conducted by NTA. You have to maintain a minimum of 60% in the 12th board. No, I was not got any reservation benefits. I want that the management should be improved.

Yes, there are PGs near Galgotias University but it can be very tough getting one for less than Rs: 6,000. My friend used to be a student of Galgotias University and he used to stay in a PG which was very close to the university. He used to live at Stanza Living. His living experience at Stanza Living was a memorable one. The PG used to organize events for career enhancement which made life in the hostel interesting. Food provided at the PG is quite good too. The rent is made known to the students straight away. Stanza Living offers rooms that are fully furnished, there is unlimited wifi, laundry service. In addition to that, the PG also provides facilities for transportation to and from the university. Stanza Living is at a distance of 15 km from Galgotias University. Most of the PGs are available in Alpha, Beta, and Gamma colonies of Greater Noida. Which is almost 15 km away from Galgotias University on the Expressway. It’s hard to find any PG or personal accommodation before this and daily commute is unavoidable.
