Yes, there are PGs near Galgotias University but it can be very tough getting one for less than Rs: 6,000. My friend used to be a student of Galgotias University and he used to stay in a PG which was very close to the university. He used to live at Stanza Living. His living experience at Stanza Living was a memorable one. The PG used to organize events for career enhancement which made life in the hostel interesting. Food provided at the PG is quite good too. The rent is made known to the students straight away. Stanza Living offers rooms that are fully furnished, there is unlimited wifi, laundry service. In addition to that, the PG also provides facilities for transportation to and from the university. Stanza Living is at a distance of 15 km from Galgotias University. Most of the PGs are available in Alpha, Beta, and Gamma colonies of Greater Noida. Which is almost 15 km away from Galgotias University on the Expressway. It’s hard to find any PG or personal accommodation before this and daily commute is unavoidable.

In terms of academics and placements, Galgotias University offers a good BBA degree. Almost every student gets placed through the campus drive. Chandigarh University is any day better than Galgotias University. The faculties at CU are great. Although most faculties don’t have much experience, they are well qualified and cooperative.  The placement training regime at CU is great. Many reputed companies visit the campus for placements. Around 20-25, IT companies visit CU each year for recruiting students. Overall, in terms of placement and faculties, CU is better than Galgotias. 

Thapar University is better than Galgotias University for studying.
