The campus first of all is very scenic and beautiful as it is located amidst Mountains and valleys. And the campus has all basic facilities like Wi-Fi, classrooms, library, labs, etc., and has very good infrastructure. In hostel rooms, rooms are compact but sufficiently enough, semi-furnished with beds, desks, almirahs, chairs, etc. And the mess food is good with variations. The campus has a badminton court, Table tennis, a ground for practicing cricket, etc.

IIT Mandi holds three major festivals annually: Xpecto, the technical festival, held in March; Exodia, the cultural festival, held in May; and Ran-neeti, the sports festival, held in October. The institute has well-equipped libraries on both its North and South campuses, with a vast collection of books, both in hard copy and electronic format, as well as research papers and theses from students and faculty. Classrooms are designed to provide a comfortable and productive learning environment, equipped with blackboards and smartboards and suitable for accommodating up to 300 students at a time. There are numerous clubs at IIT Mandi, including photography, writing, dance, robotics, programming, and clubs dedicated to specific branches of engineering, sports, and more. Annual Sports fest - Rann-Neeti Annual Tech fest - Xpecto Annual Cultural fest - Exodia There are a variety of books present in the library. There are good indoor and outdoor sports facilities present on the campus. There are so many clubs run by students E-cell, Nirman, Yantrik, Sntc etc

Some of the fests organized are Rann-Neeti (Sports fest), Xpecto (Tech fest), and Exodia (Cult fest). Books in the library are limited. Sports facilities are available vastly. Any sport that is a part of Inter-IIT is available to play on campus.

The annual techfest is xepecto and annual fest like ranneeti also happens every year for sports. All kinds of book are available for free in the library and library is really awesome. Ranneeti is a annual sports fest where players froms different colleges participate. This is a very good exposure to all the sports lover. There are many clubs run by students like dance club, robotronics club, programming club, game development club (recently introduced). Also the scenery at the campus is amazing as it is on the mountains.

There are two or three fests in a year. Recently a Sports event happened here named Ranneeti, in which players from many colleges, some of iits, some of the nits came here and played the games. Extracurricular activity is best here. Students get all kinds of options for them.

There are many clubs for respective interests, each club has its funding and place in fests. we have technical fest Xpecto in March, Exodia once in two years, and sports fest every year, the date varies a lot. There is a 24-hour library open on the north campus and there are all books related to engineering available. Sports Facilities are top tier and sports are encouraged the most.
