National Institute of Science and Technology (NIST) B.Tech Admission 2023

The institute offers Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Technology under a number of specialization subjects. The college also accepts admission in B.Tech 2nd year. The B.Tech programme is of four years.

Admission to the B.Tech programme is done through JEE main. The candidates seeking admission to the institution are advised to fill in the JEE (Main) application form online

National Institute of Science and Technology (NIST) M.Tech Admission 2023

The college offers postgraduate courses in the field of Technology under a number of specializations. The M.Tech programme is of a period of two years. The intake capacity of each of the specializations is 18 seats.

Admission to the M.Tech programme will be through the OJEE counselling only.

Preference will be given to candidates having a valid GATE score
Non-GATE candidates having a minimum of 60% in aggregate OR CGPA of 6.5/10 at B.Tech./B.E level can also apply.

National Institute of Science and Technology (NIST) PGDM, MBA and MCA Admission 2023

The college offers several courses in the field of Management and Computer Application at postgraduate and Diploma level. The MCA programme is of three years whereas the MBA programme takes two years to complete its duration.

Admission to the MBA programme is done through Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) and All India Management Aptitude Test (MAT).

The Two years regular full time Post Graduate programme in management i.e.Master of Business Administration (MBA) is recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and Affiliated to Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT), Odisha.

Admission to the three year Master in Computer Applications (MCA) is done through the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) conducted by Government of Odisha .

Reservation for SC/ST, handicapped, Women, Military, Green Card and outside State Quota is available
5% of the total intake is reserved for NRI/In-lieu of NRI quota

For admission to the one year PGDM programme, admission is done on the basis of Valid Rank/Score card of MAT/ATMA/Odisha-JEE/CAT/XAT

For admission to the PGDM course, Demand Draft of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) should be made in favor of "NIST Business School" payable at Berhampur,Ganjam, Odisha

What I Liked

Studies , labs ,wondering places near is good u can wonder
Clubs activities, projects ,games and some foods providing
Environment of college campus and wondering

What I didn’t like

Lots of classes happening in a day and less break
Less kind of holidays providing and boring
Some teachers are so strict about something and in for class

Remarks:

I have applied for government college too and I have got my sit also at gec bhabanipatna and gec keonjhar and parla maharaja berhampur...but it's fair away from us to go and study and every day attend the classes there ...and NIST is good and near from our place and it's well college..
