Bangalore Institute of Technology (BIT) is a private engineering college established in 1979, located in the city of Bangalore, India. Bangalore Institute of Technology (BIT) offers admissions to various undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in several disciplines of engineering and technology. The selection of candidates for admission to the programs at BIT is based on their performance in the entrance exam. Candidates applying for the BE program at BIT must appear for the KCET/ COMEDK-UGET exam. Candidates applying for the M.Tech program must have a valid score in the GATE / karnataka PGCET. 

Candidates applying for MBA must have a valid score in any of the management entrance exams, such as KMAT/ CMAT/ MAT/ karnataka PGCET.
