To be eligible for this program, candidates are required to have secured a minimum of 50% marks in their graudation in any relevant stream. Candidates belonging to the SC/ ST category will be given a relaxatin of 5% marks i.e., 45%. Along with this, students have to appear for the entrance exmas like OJEE/ MAT/ ATMA/ CAT and qualify them with valid scores.

Ans. GIFT Autonomous, Bhubaneswar offers part-time PhD programs to the candidates who have a minimum of 1 year of work experience from among the regular faculty members working in any Engineering College/ Polytechnic/ Govt. R & D Organization/ UGC- recognized University/ Deemed to be University (recognized/ accredited by appropriate bodies in India)) or research staff of public/ private organizations/ Industries shall be eligible to pursue Ph.D research on a part time basis.
