After the declaration of result West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board will conduct Counselling Process for allocation of seats to all the shortlisted candidates and have been included in the final merit list.  WBJEE counselling process will be start in third week of July, 2015. Candidates can apply for online registration, pay the counselling fees, Choice filling and Choice Locking followed by Seat Allotment and admission process for government and self-financed universities/institutes that are participating in the WBJEE.

WBJEE 2015 Counselling Procedure comprises of five steps namely:

• WBJEE 2015 Online registration and Fee payment
• WBJEE 2015 Online choice filling and locking of choices
• WBJEE  Seat Allocation
• Document verification
• Provisional Admission

1. Go to official website of WB-JEE 2015
2. Now, enter their WB-JEE 2015 roll number, application number, name and date of birth.
3. After the registration download e-challan to pay the counseling fee of Rs 506
4. After making the payment you should enter the e-challan payment details on the registration form.

1. On successful registration, mark the options of colleges and courses online.
2. Online Choice Filling and Locking of Choices will be done before the counseling rounds.
3. After locking take the print-out of choices for future reference.

1. General Merit List will be prepared for allotment of seats.
2. Candidates will be allotted seats keeping their merit, number of seats, available vacancy and the choices filled by them online.
3. Candidates should download the seat allotment letter for future references.
4. If any candidates is withdrawn from any of the three rounds of counseling process will not be allowed to take part in fourth round of counselling where seats would be allotted on the basis of seat vacancies.

• Candidates should get their documents checked (Original and Photocopies) at following counseling centres:

• Payment should be made by DD in favour of WBJEE 2015 payable at Kolkata.

2. Print out of WBJEE 2015/ JEE Main 2015 rank from website
3. Higher Secondary/Class XII (or equivalent examination) Mark Sheet
4. Madhyamik/ Class X (or equivalent examination) Admit Card
5. WBJEE 2015 Seat Allotment Letter
6. Receipt of Online Counseling Registration Fee (E-challan receipt)
7. Category Certificate if applicable
8. PWD Certificate, if Applicable
9. Domicile Certificate, if Applicable

• After seat allocation and document verification submit fee via a DD (as specified) has to be deposited
• WB-JEE 2015 Provisional Allotment Certificate will be issued to the students
• The copy of the certificate will be sent toDTE, WB; Vice Chancellor and Registrar of the concerned University; Principal of the allotted College and Secretary of the Association for Professional Academic Institutes (APAI).
