Ans: The process of downloading a WBJEE 2023 rank card is the same as checking the result. A simple 4 step process to download the WBJEE rank card is as follows:

- Look for the link that reads “WBJEE 2023 Result”.
- Click on the link and provide the details of the Application Number and Date of Birth.

Ans: WBJEE qualified candidates can seek admission to Undergraduate programs in Engineering & Technology, Architecture and Pharmacy programs in Universities, Government-aided Colleges and Self-Financed Institutes in West Bengal. Roughly 104 institutes participate in the WBJEE e-counselling to allocate seats in around 42 engineering disciplines. Each participating institute will release their own discipline-wise opening and closing cut-off scores for admission.

- Category ranks are prepared for the purpose of sequencing the deserving candidates only, within the respective category.

Ans: You will not be able to download and print WBJEE rank cards from the official website after a specified date. However, if you require a duplicate rank card after the completion of the e-counselling and admission process, the same can be applied for, till July 31, 2021, by paying a fee of INR 500 in the form of a demand draft in favor of “West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board” payable in Kolkata.
Ques: If I secure a WBJEE 2023 rank, will I be eligible for e-counselling?
Ans: Everyone who secures a WBJEE 2023 rank may not be eligible for e-counselling. In order to qualify for e-counselling, candidates will have to score above the cut-off marks determined by the Board apart from securing a rank in WBJEE. The cut-off score will be announced at the time of WBJEE Result declaration. Candidates will be able to know the cutoff from the official website wbjeeb.nic.in.
Ques: I have appeared for my 12th Board exam this year. I have also applied for WBJEE. In case I clear WBJEE but do not pass my Board Exam, do I still qualify for counselling?
Ans: A candidate appearing in the Qualifying Examination in 2021 is eligible to appear for WBJEE. However, the candidate will not be considered eligible for admission unless they meet the minimum eligibility criteria for admissions (i.e., successfully completing the Qualifying Examination) is fulfilled.
Ques: I have secured a merit ranking in WBJEE. Does that guarantee me admission to the institute and program of my choice?
Ans: Securing a WBJEE Rank does not entitle a candidate to guaranteed admission into an institute or program of choice. The candidate has to satisfy the norms and standards as specified by the participating institutes.

Ans: Course-wise and institute-wise availability of seats as provided by the participating institutes is termed as WBJEE seat matrix and is published before e-counselling and seat allotment. Based on seat matrix, the final seat allotment is done through WBJEE e-counselling.
Ques: Will the Board inform us about the counselling session of WBJEE?
