WBJEE Marks vs Rank 2023: WBJEE 2023 is going to be conducted on April 30, 2023 for admission to Undergraduate courses in Engineering, Technology, Pharmacy, and Architecture. WBJEE Marks Vs Rank will help the students in understanding the scores that they should ideally attempt to achieve to secure the rank for qualifying for the exam. Only candidates who secure a rank in WBJEE 2023will be eligible for counselling and seat allotment in the participating colleges.
Two Separate Merit List will be prepared by WBJEEB- General Merit List (GMR) and Pharmacy Merit List. Candidates who appeared in both Paper I as well as Paper II will be ranked in the General Merit List while candidates who appeared only in Paper-II will be ranked in the Pharmacy Merit Rank. Candidates who appeared only in Paper I will not be eligible for any rank. WBJEE Exam consists of two papers: Paper 1 (Mathematics) and Paper 2 (Physics and Chemistry), with each paper being of 100 marks. Good scores in WBJEE 2021 depend upon the course the candidate has applied for as the admitting institutes have different WBJEE Cutoffs for each course.

WBJEE Ranks is the basis for admission into WBJEE Participating Institutes as these institutes accept admissions on the basis of rank rather than on the basis of scores.
WBJEE releases two merit lists, after the announcement of results, for counseling purposes - GMR (General Merit Rank) for B.Tech and B.Arch admissions and PMR (Pharmacy Merit Rank) for admissions into the B.
