You should choose IMT Ghaziabad, it offers better placements. Being an older institute, it has a widespread alumni network. Big MNCs such as Google, Microsoft, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, etc. take part in the IMT Ghaziabad placement drive. It has a strong market presence, excellent placement record, a well-developed alumni base, and brilliant faculties.  XIMB placements 2021 states an average CTC of INR 15.51 LPA. While the median CTC was INR INR 14.5 LPA. The placement packages offered are higher than IIM Sambalpur. XIMB has a large batch size, so competition is higher among students.  XIMB is counted among the top B-Schools in India. Compared to new IIMs like IIM Sambalpur, it is definitely a better option.
