Selection Criteria

Admissions to the LLB (Hons. ) course at Galgotias University are merit-based i.e., students are selected based on the percentage obtained in their previous qualification ( UG or UG + PG ) or entrance exams - CLAT / LSAT. Program Structure

The duration of the LLB (Hons. ) course at Galgotias University is 3 years (6 semesters). One Semester is equivalent to 21 working weeks inclusive of 17 instructional and 4 Semester End Exam weeks.
There are 7 papers in each term having 4 credits including 2 Honours Course Papers in the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th semesters having 3 credits.

Student Evaluation

The performance of students in the course is evaluated based on their performance in End Term Evaluation, 2 Continuous Assessment Tests (CAT) and Continuous Evaluation by the Teacher ( Quizzes, Assignments, Projects, Seminars, Viva - voice, etc. ). The percentage weightage of these test/evaluation methods on the overall performance of students is :
