You need to have a strong portfolio and so on. My advice to you would be to maintain good grades throughout your semesters and you should also try to learn new things apart from your daily studies. You should try to explore the field you are interested in and keep yourself updated with current information and technology in your field and not be a bookworm. You can also try to build your own startup if you wish to not get placed in a company. This will definitely set you apart from the rest of your classmates and maybe in the future, you will be able to provide jobs to other students.

Which is the best university, Sathyabama or Karunya?

Both Karunya and Satyabhama are Christian minority institutions and it depends mostly on what you are looking for. You must know that Karunya University is strictly religious and they might force you to follow the same. Academics is their secondary focus. Whereas, Sathyabama is a bit more lenient in this way. It offers great exposure due to its location in Chennai. It will be a better option for you when compared to Karunya. However, the facilities offered are not good and not even functional. The faculty members are also average and are not exceptional. It is currently a Deemed-to-be university Both these institutes are subpar and if you really want to have a bright future, look for better options.
