    TANCET 2023 Counselling will begin 3 weeks after the declaration of the result. TANCET Counselling process has four stages:

    • Online Registration- Candidates need to register for TANCET 2023 Counselling on the official portal of DTE Chennai. The counseling fees for general candidates in INR 300 (INR 150 for reserved category candidates).
    • Rank List- The merit list will be released based on the TANCET 2023 score. On the basis of the merit list, candidates will be called for further rounds of counseling
    • Candidates who successfully register will be issued a call letter. It will include the candidate’s name, counseling center, and registration number.
    • After the final round of counseling, candidates can confirm their admission by payment of the admission fees.

    Candidates need to fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria in order to be eligible to apply for TANCET 2023:

    • The Interested candidate must hold a bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
    • Minimum aggregate of 50% in graduation (45% for the reserved category candidates).
    • No upper age limit criteria is defined for TANCET exam.
    • For MCA, it is necessary to have studied Mathematics as a subject in 10+2

    Ans. There is no passing grade. It is determined by the cut-off point. The TANCET cut-off is determined by the following factors: Availability of seats Total number of applicants for TANCET Total number of test participants The exam's level of difficulty. TANCET requires a score of 60-65 to achieve the 99%ile. The TANCET percentile score is calculated using the following formula: Percentile Score on the TANCET: (Y/N)*100 In this case, Y represents the total number of test takers with a lower score. Whereas N denotes the total number of candidates who took the TANCET exam. A candidate who received a 97 percent score performed better than 97 percent of TANCET 2023 test-takers. Read more
