TANCET Rank List 2023 for M.Tech/ M.E/ M.Arch/ M.Plan

TANCA 2023 Merit list for M.Tech/ M.E/ M.Arch/ M.Plan will be released by Anna University for both TANCET (now CEETA PG) and GATE category candidates. Steps to Check TANCET Rank List for M.E/ M.Tech/ M.Arch/ M.Plan

• Open the official admissions website of Anna University for TANCA counselling- admissions.annauniv.edu.
• Click on the link for GATE / TANCET (CEETA PG) merit list.
• Provide TANCET (CEETA PG)/ GATE Registration number, Date of Birth, and email id.
• Click on Enter to submit the details and download the Rank List.
• Click on Reset to re-enter the details.

The following rank lists are prepared for admission through TANCA counselling, based on CEETA PG results:

GATE Category Rank List

1. For candidates (Engineering/Technology), Rank list will be prepared on the basis of GATE qualified score in an appropriate discipline of Engineering/Technology.
2. For candidates (Engineering Science XE, Life Science XL), Rank list will be prepared based on GATE qualified score in Engineering Science (XE) and Life Science (XL) papers and TANCET 2023 with a weight of 70:30 respectively.
3. A CML (Common Rank List) is prepared for GATE (Engineering/Technology) and GATE (Engineering Science XE, Life Science XL).

TANCET Category Rank List

Rank List is prepared on the basis of marks secured by candidates in TANCET 2023. 

Sponsored Category Rank List

1. A limited number of seats are made available to candidates employed and sponsored by Governmental organizations, Government aided educational institutions and registered professional architects with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
2. Rank list is prepared on the basis of TANCET (CEETA PG) 2023. Candidates will be admitted only to the University Departments of Anna University, Chennai.
3. Candidates with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience will be considered for admission to the M.Arch program under the sponsored category in the University Departments of Anna University and School of Planning and Architecture.

Inter-Se Merit for TANCET 2023: If two or more candidates have scored the same marks in TANCET 2023, then the rank list and ranks will be ascertained on the basis of candidates with a higher average percentage of marks secured in the qualifying degree examination.

GATE Qualifying Marks for TANCA 2023

Candidates who have appeared for GATE are eligible for a stipend funded by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. They have to score marks equivalent to the minimum qualifying marks mentioned in the table above.
