To check the results online, applicants need to follow simple instructions, as mentioned below:
Note: Candidates are advised to keep their results safe till the completion of the counselling process. Based on the TANCET rank list, candidates will be called for counselling. Candidates will have to show their scorecard at the time of verification of documents.
TANCET 2023 Scorecard is made available for download. The scorecard is valid for only 1 year. Candidates need to take a printout of the TANCET 2023 Scorecard and keep it safe for the counselling process. TANCET Scorecard includes all important details of the candidates like roll number, total marks, and application number.

The process of normalization will be carried out in TANCET (now CEETA PG) for ME/M.Tech/M.Arch./M.Plan only. There is no normalization process for MBA/ MCA exam scores. Candidates’ scores will be calculated based on the marks scored by them in TANCET/ CEETA PG (Raw Scores) and a Normalized Score will be obtained. Both scores will be calculated as follows -
40 + (10/S) (r-m)
where, S - standard deviation; m - mean marks; r - raw marks
TANCET Merit List or Rank List 2023 for MBA/ MCA courses is released by DTE Chennai. The merit list contains the names of the qualified candidates, their application number and TANCET scores. Check TANCET Rank List 2023
Merit list of the qualified and successful candidates will be prepared by Anna University based on scores obtained in CEETA PG 2023 and GATE. Anna University will prepare 3 separate M.E/ M.Tech/M.Plan Rank Lists for admission viz.
The category and program-wise TANCET Cut off will be published on the university website post exam result. The cut off marks will decide if an aspirant is eligible for admission or not. The result or rank list will be prepared on the cut off marks declared by the university.

Check college-wise TANCET Cut Off 2023
For TANCET MBA/ MCA Counselling 2023, candidates first need to register on the official portal of DTE Chennai. The counseling fees for general candidates in INR 300 (INR 150 for reserved category candidates).
