I choose mechanical engineering because i was always attracted towards machines like how they work and how to do their maintenance as engineers. Faculty in NIT Srinagar is quite good with good number of professors , associate professors and assistant professors. Faculty includ more than 20 teaching members all with their M.Tech , Ph.D . Teaching method are modern with use of smartboards and labs are also very good . Mainly there are two exams in a semester one is mid term and other one is end term. Its easy to pass exams only if have studied something.
Read Full ReviewI choose Chemical Engineering here at the National Institute of Technology Srinagar as my choice branch considering its scope. The male-female ratio of our class is about 4:1. The teaching faculty of chemical Engineering is fantabulous and well-qualified. Two major exams are held over a semester and passing percentage is 40.
Read Full ReviewAs CSE has lots of opportunities so I choose it. Faculty standard is great they are very good in their departments. Most faculties had done PHDs and MTech. Our exams were timely and it is easy to pass if you do some hard work before 1-2 weeks before the exam.
Read Full ReviewThe Course Curriculum is as good as it could be. I chose this course because the modern world has a lot to do with technology, especially artificial intelligence and machine learning. Information technology course is related to this field and you get to learn futuristic things. The faculty is very much qualified and help the students to get on track for their future journey. Faculty members are highly qualified in this field, they have published their own papers on this subject and are working for the betterment of technology. College exams are a little bit more difficult than school exams as we have to apply our knowledge to face real-world problems and get their solutions.
Read Full ReviewI choose this course because I wanted to be a software developer. The faculty at NIT Srinagar is good all are well-educated and very professional. The student ratio is a typical engineering class ratio of almost 8 boys: 1 girl. Exams are conducted twice in a semester which is mid-term and end-term examinations. It requires effort to pass exams.

Faculty most of the are good to remember it's a government college that's why you will not get good marks if you didn't give accurate answers in exams. All faculties are PhD holders. The semester happened in four months and semester exams happened timely and if you study properly you will not face any issues with exam time

The boy-girl ratio here at NIT Srinagar is about 4:1. You need to appear twice in semester exams which are moderately difficult.

Faculty members are sufficient and the ratio would be around 10:1, professors are highly qualified some are Ph.D. IIT's, The last three semester exams were conducted in a single year it was complicated to pass 2nd sem.

Faculty members are quite impressive. I chose this course because I had an interest in material-related studies. Qualification of our faculty is PhD and post doc. Term exams are after every 5 months, and the exam is really tough to pass.
Read Full ReviewBecause I think this course will be at the boom in future, faculty and student ration is 1:8, every teacher is iitian with maximum qualification of P.H.D, teachers just use smart board for teaching purpose, here we get 3 hours to write our exams, the difficulty is from medium to hard
