My daily routine kicked off promptly at 8 am, with a quick breakfast at the mess before the 9:30 am classes commenced. Four classes, each lasting an hour and a half, kept us engaged until 5:15 pm. A brief snack break and a retreat to my room for some downtime preceded a workout session in the gym. The day concluded with dinner and the inevitable task of addressing pending work, a schedule that sometimes extended well into the late hours.

Daily parties and birthday celebrations created a lively atmosphere, making it imperative to adjust one's schedule to align with the social calendar. The mess food, though subject to critique, underwent regular improvements through monthly feedback forms, allowing students to actively shape and refine the culinary experience.

However, the authorities exhibited unwavering dedication, working diligently to strike a delicate balance between the number of companies and the pool of eager students. While the overall culture may bear some resemblance to other IIMs, it is the unique characteristics and values of this institution that make the experience truly exceptional and rewarding.
