Get it signed by your college. You can visit the admin block on the university campus after that to collect your original degree certificate.
You can also collect it offline. First, you will need a clearance certificate from your college, stating there are no dues pending. Go to the university campus with your documents. You will get the application form from the administration block. Fill out the required details. You will need to attach the xerox copies of your semester marksheets along with your application. Make the required fees at the campus bank branch. The general fee for the original degree is INR 500 for 2019 pass-outs. The tatkal fee for the same is INR 2100.
