- Actually there are many things i liked about this college such. Slme of them are The big campus of bombay, almost 550 acres full of greenery and advanced technology.
- The fests that are organised at IIT BOMBAY are none less than international fests. I am beinv in love with this college right now
Remarks :
For getting into IIT Bombay, which the top engineering intuition in india also world wide. Someone need to get a very good rank such as under 3000 in JEE ADVANCED exam. The admision is purely based on merit basis . And no other mode of admission is possinble for Btech courses. Application are released every year around september for next autumn semester admissions. On NTA wbsite as well as Jee adv wevsite. The cut throat competition is what i didnt like.
Course Curriculum Overview :
IITs are known for its robust curriculum . All cant survive at iit , a student who is capable enouh to crack Iit Advanced can only get through the curriculum at IIT. After NEP 2020 , our institute has started many new initiative to help students grow their carrer. They help students a real hand experience of the real industry and application. We have 5 days classes in a week . Saturday and sunday is off for us
Internships Opportunities :
We have -E- cell which mainly arranges intrnship for college students from top mncs and also oghrt international and national companies . Many companies apprach iit students for. Internshipa and jobs. For example our college has most Gsocs selection after IIT KGP. you know kgp is best. But we are trying to be its level
Placement Experience :
We have around 90% campus placement during 2023- 24 i.e recession time , so after 3- 4 year the placement might be veryimpressive. We have an avg. Pacakage of around 40LPA for CSE department. If no campus placent is offered i can work kn various startup and might go in entrepreneurship. We have An E- CELL.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee structure is availbale in the institute website. But for a brief : Tuition fees per semester is 100000 INR and hostel and mess charges are around 50000 INR per semester. All other fees such as exam fees , etc are included in tuition fee. There is fee hike of around 10% in hostel and mess fee. But no changes in tuition fee. Institute also provide scholarship to the needy Such as Merit cum means scholarship, learn and earn scholarship , etc.
Campus Life :
Campus is very beautiful and competitive in every sense. Everybody here is an achiever. We friends group make many nightouts and we also have very different varietis of society's and clubs to participate . We have world class inftastructure. Also the fests here are world famous and did you heard about asias largest school cultural fest. Its mood indigo organised by IIT bombay
Hostel Facilities :
We have around 17 hostels including for males and females. Also 2- 3 coed hostels. We have triple sharing as well as single rooms Everyogher day has a different menu for ghe boarders. And its quite tasty . No hone sickness after ypu stay here. You need to fill the hostel registration form to get a seat at hostel
Faculty :
Faculty members are very supportive . They are all docrates holder in their respective fields of research and they a have a very unique way of teaching. That is tecah through practicals. The student to teacher ratio is about 1:28 . Which is quite impressive. We hav2 regular meetings with our faculty advisor. They are mentors. They also conduct counselling session with us

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness is fine. The pattern follwed is of sppu 2019 pattern and in first year all the subjects are same for all the students then in second year all the students get into there specific branches. i jus dont like a thing lik eif i am computer student so why should i do thing which is for mechnical studnets that a thing i hate about the pattern but we can't halp it in real.
Is it right to choose this college
Placement Experience :
The placement cell of our college is great and very well disciplined. They support each and every student and have great one on one interaction. Various top MNCs companies come for recruitment of students such as Infosys, Amazon, Wipro, Accenture, Conigzant etc. The highest package achieved by our college student is 40LPA . The average package of our college is 3-4LPA . Around 50-60% students get placed above average package.

Placements of VJTI MUMBAI are pretty good and more than I expected, even better than COEP PUNE. The placements here at IIT Bombay are very very good. If a student has really done good or just put some efforts on skill development, he definitely gets placed and in a very good amount. A large number of companies visit for placements like Tata, L&T, Google, Apple, Microsoft, Uber, SONY, Samsung, Mahindra, Reliance, Qualcomm, Bajaj, Jaguar, Loreal, JSW, Hitachi, Mercedes, Havells,P&G, ITC, HUL, ONGC, HP, BYJUS, etc. This year around 1753 offers were made, out of which 1438 were accepted by the students in phase-1. All the information is available on IITB website. The highest package was around INR 4.23 CPA (in quant sector) and an average package of around INR 21.26 LPA. Around 82.1% of students were placed this year. Some students didn't sit for placements because they want to study further in foreign universities, or doing MBA further, or UPSC, etc.
