- High fees: The tuition and other fees can be relatively high, which might be a burden for some students and their family. like many top engineering colleges, VIT can have rigorous academic schedule and heavy workload, leading high stress & pressure
- Despite having good infrastructure, some students might feel that certain facilities or equipment are outdated or inadequate for latest technological advancements. Some students and faculty might encountered bureaucratic challenges or delays process
- The high emphasis on placements can sometimes overshadow other aspects of education, such as research entrepreneurship, and holistic development. The rigid structure of the curriculum may leave little rooms for students to explore subjects outside it
- Some students might find hostel facilities to be below their expectations in terms of quality, cleanliness and amenities. Depending on their location some students may find the commute to and from the college challenging due to traffic and transport

Campus Life :
VIT helds many festival like viswakarandak, melonge , vishwautsav , vishwatech spectra and many more. It also helds intercollege compitions in several sports. Their are wide varity of books in college library like from comics to generals and they provide good facility for students in terms of utilizing it. Each and every class room of VIT consist of projector and cameras which helps teachers in many ways.College offers several opportuinity in extracurricular activities like in projects they helps in funding and more necessary things. It also consist of several technical and non technical clubs like TRF, GDC, Indorance, Abhirudhi, and many more. nearly there are 43 clubs in VIT Pune. Which I personally think it hepls in student's development.
Faculty :
Many faculty members of college hold advanced degrees from reputable institutions, including PhDs in their respective fields. This strong academic background ensures that they have a deep understanding of their subject. VIT faculty members typically have significant teaching and industry experience. Placement Experience :
Large number of companies come for placements. More than 80% of students gets placed in the phase 1. Average package is around 21.26 LPA INR. Large companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Jane Street, Procter and gamble Jaguar, Microsoft, Google, etc comes for the placement. The highest package was around INR 4.2 CPA. And average package is around 21.26LPA. In the phase 1, around 1700 Placement offers were made and out of which 1450 offers were Accepted by the students. Around 82.1% of students gets placed in phase 1. My plan after getting the degree is to take a job and settle down.

Placement Experience :
After 6th semester students are eligible for pre-placement and after 7-8 semester most of them get place.About 228 companies visited in our college and 530 students were placed.The highest offer made was 87 lacs and averages placement was 12lacs.For metallurgy it was 20lacs and average was 8.5 lacs.About 76.26% students were placed this year. I will look for good package if i don't get then i will start preparing for gate/gre exam for my master.
