How to Check BITSAT Result 2023?

Candidates can check BITSAT Result 2023 and download their scorecard using the given steps:

• Step 1: Visit the official website of BITSAT i.e. bitsadmission.com
• Step 2: Click on the BITSAT Result link
• Step 3: Login by using valid Registration number and password
• Step 4: Check your result and download the scorecard.

NOTE: No candidate will be allowed to repeat the test in the same year.

BITSAT Merit List 2023

Those candidates who will obtain the minimum marks required or set by the authorities in BITSAT 2023 and in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics of their 12th class examination will be considered for merit list for admission. Moreover, there will be separate merit lists prepared for admission. One for all the programs except the B.Pharma and the other only for B.Pharma candidates. Other than this BITSAT releases an admit list and a waitlist.

Admit List:

• Admit List will contain the name of the candidates who have cleared the minimum cut off criteria.
• Candidates with their names on BITSAT admit list will be called to participate in BITSAT 2023 Counselling
• BITSAT Admit List will be released before each Iteration Round. Candidates whose name appears in Admit List will be required to submit their admission application form. 

Wait List

• Candidates in Wait List for BITSAT 2023, will be required to wait till the next iteration round to know about their selection status. 
• Waitlist will contain the names of all those qualified candidates who will be called in case of vacancies in seats.
• Sometimes candidates drop their names from the admission process. In those cases, preference will be given to candidates of the waitlist.

Tie-Breaker Criteria in BITSAT 2023

The admissions offered at BITS campuses for various courses is totally based on the merit list or marks obtained by the candidates. Other than that, candidates have to meet the eligibility criteria related to minimum marks to be obtained in the Class XII Board examination or equivalent qualifying exam.

Tie-breaker rules will be used in a situation wherein two or more candidates have the same BITSAT score. The rules are:

• BITSAT Scores of candidates in Mathematics/ Biology (for B.Pharma) subject will be considered first for preparing the merit list.
• If the tie still exists, then the score of candidates in BITSAT Physics section will be considered for preparing the merit list.
• If the tie still exists then BITSAT score of candidates in the Chemistry section will be taken into consideration.
• If the tie still exists then the total marks of candidates obtained in Class 12 examination in PCM/PCB will be taken into consideration.

BITSAT Result 2023: What Next?

After the declaration of result, candidates must download their scorecard and go through the cut off released by the authorities. If you meet the minimum eligibility criteria then you can apply for BITSAT 2023 counselling. Candidates are also advised to check the list of courses offered at BITS campuses.

• BITSAT Cut Off – It is the minimum marks that aspirants need to secure to become eligible to take part in the counselling round for BITS admissions. Check BITSAT Cutoff
• BITSAT Counselling Process – In the counselling process based on the results of iteration, candidates will be offered seats. You can also leave the seat or course that you get in iteration 1 and go for iteration 2. Moreover, 12th class board toppers will get direct admissions. They need not appear for the counselling process. 
• Colleges accepting BITSAT Score – BITS Pilani, Goa, Hyderabad, Dubai.

How to Retrieve Application Number to Check BITSAT Result 2023?

Candidates are advised to keep their application/ registration safe with them but in case if you forget it then you can follow these simple steps to retrieve the same:

• Step 1: Click on Forgot Application Number or Password
• Step 2: Enter the Registered Mobile Number, Email ID, and Date Of Birth
• Step 3: Click on the ‘Submit’ button

NOTE: All the necessary details will be sent to your registered mobile number and email Id and you can use the same to check your result.

BITSAT Answer Key 2023

• BITS Pilani DOES NOT release any answer key or solution for BISTAT exam.
• Once the students complete the exam, their scores are displayed in the screen along with the total number of correct and incorrect answers.
• Candidates can download their BISTAT score report for future references.

BITSAT Cutoff 2023

BITS Pilani releases the final BITSAT Cutoff after the completion of the Counselling Iteration. Candidates must note that to be eligible for admission to their respective program and campus, candidates need to score more than the cutoff.
