The entrance exam is conducted in two slots. The candidates need to choose one slot out of the two. The slots for the examination is mentioned below:

Steps to complete BITSAT Slot Booking 2023

It is suggested to keep the following information ready before completing the slot booking: BITSAT Application Number, Date of Birth (as mentioned on the Application Form), Decide a preferable Test Date, Exam Timing. To successfully complete the BITSAT slot booking process, follow the given below steps:

Step 1: Log in with valid Registration No.

• Only registrations are done, candidates who have filled in the online application form will be able to log in for the slot booking process. 
• Log in to the BITS 2023 slot booking portal using the following details: BITSAT 2023 Application Number, Gender, Date of Birth, Email ID.
• Click on “Submit”

Step 2: Choose an Exam Centre

• Upon successfully logging in, the candidate will have to select a convenient exam center from the available options.
• The list of centers will be provided in a drop-down menu.
• In case a particular exam center has no dates or slots, the candidate can choose a new center.
• However, this facility will be available only till the final booking is done.
• Once the candidate has booked an exam center, it cannot be changed any further.

Step 3: Choose a Test Date

• After booking an exam center, the candidate has to then book a test date.
• The available dates for the exam center chosen by the candidate will be highlighted in green.
• To check the availability of slots, the candidate has to hover the cursor over that test date. The different test slots for that center will be displayed.
• The candidate must pick a suitable date.

Step 4: Select Test Time/Slot

• In the fourth and final step, the candidate has to choose the time for the entrance time.
• The entrance exam will be conducted in two sessions- 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
• Candidates can choose any one of them and confirm it by clicking 'confirm slot booking'.

Step 5: Confirmation Page

• A confirmation page appears on your screen where you can check your Name, Test center, Date, Slot, etc. 
• After booking a BITSAT 2023 test slot, the candidate must check that there is no discrepancy in the details.
• If there is any discrepancy, it should be brought to the notice of the concerned authorities immediately.

How to Retrieve BITSAT 2023 Application Number?

BITSAT 2023 Registration Number is one of the most important elements in the whole BITSAT Slot Booking 2023 Process. But, many times, it may happen that the candidate forgets their application number or misplaces it. In that case, they can follow the steps below to recover the same-

• Step 1: The candidate can click on the line: projects.bitsadmission.com/findappno/Default.aspx
• Step 2: Enter their Registered Email ID, Mobile Number, Gender, and Date of Birth
• Step 3: Click on the “Proceed” button
• Step 4: Consequent to this, BITSAT 2023 Application Number will be provided again to them.

BITSAT 2023 Important Instructions

Students must follow the below-mentioned instructions during BITSAT slot booking 2023:

• The test city will be allotted based on the choice or preference filled by the candidates in the application form. 
• Candidates are advised to select the date or venue near their present city or home.
• Do not take time in booking the slot because it will be booked on a first come first serve basis. If there is a delay in the slot booking process from your end, you might not get the preferred slot, date, etc.
• Students who do not complete the slot booking process of BITSAT 2023 within specified dates will have their slots alloted by the exam conducting authority.
• After completing the slot booking process, candidates will be issued admit cards.
• Though the exam is conducted on multiple days in multiple slots, candidates are allowed to sit for the exam only once in a year.
