Candidates are required to follow the below steps to apply offline for admissions.
- Visit the official website of GKCIET
- Download the Information Brochure as well as the Application form for the academic year
- Fill out the personal details along with educational qualifications in the space provided
- Application fee needs to be paid via Demand Draft only in favor of “Accounts Officer, GKCIET, Malda” payable at Malda
- Self-attested copies of supporting documents are to be enclosed with the duly filled form
- The duly filled application form must be sent to The Chairman, Admission Committee, GKCIET, Malda
- Scanned copy of application form as well as a word file of the form must also be sent via e-mail to admission@gkciet.ac.in

- Mark sheet, admit card and certificate of 10th and 12th exam
- Category Certificate, if any
- Residential Certificate from a competent authority
- Aadhar Card
- Photo Identity Proof
- 3 recent color passport size photographs with name and date of birth written on backside
