KS Hegde Medical Academy is located in Mangalore, Karnataka and was established in the year 1999. The college is affiliated to Nitte University.

The college offers the MBBS and B.Sc. courses at the UG level and KS Hegde Medical Academy offers MD, MS, MPH and M.Ch. courses at the PG level.

Candidates who have completed 10+2 with 50% marks and studied in Physics, Chemistry, English and Biology / Biotechnology as the subjects are eligible to apply for the MBBS course.
MBBS seats will be allotted on the basis of NEET scores.
Candidates who have completed 10+2 with 40% marks and studied in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as compulsory subjects are eligible to apply for the B.Sc. courses.
B.Sc. seats will be allotted on the basis of merit in the qualifying 10+2 examination.
Candidates who have completed MBBS are eligible to apply for the MD and MS courses.
MD and MS seats will be allotted through the counselling process conducted by KEA, on the basis of NEET PG scores.
Candidates who have completed MBBS / BDS or any other related degree are eligible to apply for the MPH course.
MPH seats will be allotted on the basis of merit in the qualifying degree examination.
Candidates who have passed MS in General Surgery can apply to the M.Ch program. Seats will be allotted on the basis of merit.
