Heramba Chandra College is one of the top-tier Commerce colleges in West Bengal. It is better than Seth Anandram Jaipuria College. Here are the pros and cons of joining Heramba Chandra College.
Pros:
- Great faculty base.
- Good ROI.
- Various clubs and associations that you can join.
- The one and only Commerce lab in Eastern India.
- Great Library with online access.
- Regular workshops and seminars.
- High-speed internet access.
- Great alumni base.
- There is a computer center, i.e. ASCII.
- The campus is ragging-free.
- There are smart classes.
- Good placement record.
Cons:
- The college does not have hostel accommodation. But there are good PG facilities near the campus.
- The classes are non-AC. Also, there are no lifts.
At Jaipuria there are almost no placement opportunities. Also, the campus has high political influences.
The peer group at Herambachandra is better too since the cutoff is higher. Overall, it is a better prion for pursuing a B.Com degree.
