Course Description

IIT Goa BTech Admissions 2023 are over. JoSAA has released the round 1 – 6 cutoff for IIT Goa. The IIT Goa BTech CSE Cutoff 2023 remained 3410-4232 for General Category. IIT Goa offers Btech as its flagship program where admissions are granted as per JEE Advanced score followed by JoSAA counselling. JoSAA releases 6 round of seat allotment for admission to IIT Goa. JEE Main registrations are expected to start from November 2023 and the exam will be conducted in 2 sessions. Candidates having a valid JEE Main score need to register for JEE Advanced, where registration will commence in April 2024.

IIT Goa B.Tech Eligibility Criteria

Candidates need to meet the following eligibility criteria for securing admission into the B.Tech course at IIT Goa:

Must have scored 75% aggregate marks in class 12 or must be in the top 20 percentile of their respective board examination.
Reserved category candidates need to score 65% aggregate marks in class 12 or equivalent from a recognized board.

IIT Goa B.Tech Course Details

IIT Goa B.Tech course is offered for a duration of 4 years which is divided into 8 semesters. The coursework consists of core courses, electives, open electives, project thesis, and internships.

The courses offered in the first two semesters of the IIT Goa B.Tech program are the same for all 4 specializations.

Go for the best options you can find in your rank. Always compare the options you are getting. Look for the best name, faculty, and other factors. If it’s a choice between the college and branch.
