The cancellation policy has been kept the same at all three campuses. You will be shortlisted for admission or put on the waiting list in the Integrated First Degree Programme on the basis of BITSAT. Then you are required to pay the fees in advance for the respective subject. If the application form already has specified the respective program you’re willing to pursue, you will have to pay the admission fee i.e 28,050/- and the first-semester tuition fees i.e. 1,13,300/- within the deadline. In case you are still on the waiting list, you will need to only pay the admission fee. However, if you’re offered admission but choose to remit by not reporting at the institute on the given date then you can forfeit the total fees, in case the seat remains vacant due to withdrawal. After a deduction of INR 1000, the remaining amount will be refunded. If you accept the admission offer and choose to withdraw after reporting at the campus on the due date, you will be able to only withdraw the first semester fees, worth INR 1,13,300.
