I can confidently say that course curriculum and faculty members are well sought out. the curriculum is well designed to provide a balanced mix of theory and practical knowledge. I choose this course due to its application in various fields, like- Chips, Processors, Communication, 5G, transmission and keeping a window open to computer science fields also. The student to faculty ratio is little higher when compared to others colleges of this Tier, ie of 12-17 students per Faculty. Most of the Faculties have excellent qualification, with Ph.D. degrees from reputed universities all over India. They are well versed in the courses they teach and have drafted research papers as well. In terms of acadamics the college is very strict. there is exams/quiz every month and difficulty is moderate as well.
Read Full ReviewI chose this course due to my pre-existing background in AI and ML and also considering the future scope of the department in technology. The student-to-professor ratio is pretty well balanced; a single professor might have multiple or single batches in a semester depending on the subjects and each batch has a maximum of 70 students. The professors in this college are highly reputed for being highly qualified. Every professor is highly research-oriented and they keenly focus on practical learning along with the theory sessions in every subject. We are provided an academic calendar well before the start of every semester and it is followed to the date. The exams are conducted on the same days as mentioned in the calendar (the subjects depend on the student's own slots). We were taught enough and provided with plenty materials to study and as long as one is thorough with what their professor suggests, it is relatively easy to score a good average.
Read Full ReviewMy course curriculum is for four years and it is a wonderful course as I wanted to take it as my first choice. The faculties are also very nice as they will attend to any of your doubts if not now they will tell you when to meet them. So it is great.
Read Full ReviewI chose this course because I'm interested in both the hardware and software parts of machines. The faculty-student ratio is pretty good here. All the faculties are nice and understanding. Almost all the faculties are Ph.D. qualified and extremely intelligent. There are exams around once per month and are kind of easy to pass.
Read Full ReviewI choose the CSE course because it's booming right now and I think the future is software and of course good salary everyone chose CSE as their first preference and I just went with the flow. Above avg faculty and as you know there are always who are bad btw you can choose the faculty you want for every semester based on the previous semester's gpa and attendance. in vit the student ratio is always high as everyone knows. The teaching methods are ok I think. They won't teach you everything you have to learn by yourself that's what college is. No one tells you this or not you have to take care of yourself. Here vit term completes very quickly like btw 4 or 5 months a semester will complete and a lot of syllabi will be covered and even if you listen to your classes or not at the end everyone relies on youtube. If you work even a little bit like before the exam 1 week you can pass no problem but for the final exams, you have to work hard a little if you have a good cgpa.
Read Full ReviewI chose my course to become it has great scope and is of interest. In VIT, There is the system of FFCS in which a student can choose his own faculty. Most of the faculty are good and are researchers. Exams are conducted once every 1 month. It is not that difficult if you study.
Read Full ReviewI chose this course because I want to go into the technical field. Faculty to student ratio is pretty good. Each class has about 70 students which are normal for a college. Qualifications are good and teachers teach well. Passing exams is heard.
Read Full ReviewI choose mechanical engineering because I developed an interest in machine design after 10th. They provide 1 faculty for 50 students. All faculties they provide are PHD scholars. There are 3 exams in each semester. The core branch theory subjects are pretty difficult to pass.
Read Full ReviewI chose this course because I have an interest in software development. There are enough faculties for the students inside the campus. Most of the faculties are PHD qualified and some are pursuing research. The exams are almost 1 month apart from one another and the difficulty is medium.
