My brother attended a CCS university-affiliated college. Here are his insights, which can be helpful for you.  You should attend your college lectures on a regular basis because internal marks are determined by your attendance and regularity. Furthermore, you should pay attention to the classes and other activities that your college organizes.  Don’t depend on the faculty for completing the syllabus. You will need to complete it on your own. While solving the external examination, make sure that your content is Informative, not too descriptive, i.e. in points rather than a long paragraph. Most importantly, the content should be visible and understood, i.e. the representation should be well-structured. If possible try to prepare for your research project from the first year. Otherwise, you will be burdened in the last semester.

The process is quite simple. Here is what you need to do.  CCS University does not have an online request system for degree transcripts, so you must visit the university campus in Meerut. The university is open Monday to Friday and on the first and third Saturdays of the month. So, if you work, you can come to campus on Saturday. Make photocopies of all of your mark sheets, as well as a copy of your ID proof. Visit the University Campus, Allahabad Bank branch, and purchase the Transcript Request Form for Rs 220. Fill out the form, then go to any of the Cybercafés just outside and request a rough transcript. They will charge INR 40 per semester and will only prepare a rough transcript there. Double-check that the rough transcript corresponds exactly to your Mark sheets. Take all documents to the University’s Confidentiality Department (also known as Gopnyia Vibhag). Purchase a 41 Stamp and one envelope from the Post Office directly across the street from Gopniya Vibhag. Stick the stamps on the envelope and write your name, address, and phone number on it. Your transcripts will be sent to you in the same envelope that you used to put 41 stamps and write your address. Transcripts will be delivered within 15–20 business days. There are a lot of ‘so-called Brokers’ right outside the university who will promise you that they can get you your degree transcript in one day and will charge you around 2,000. However, it’s best to follow the rules and receive the transcript on time.

The passing mark for BSc PCM at CCS University is 40 out of 100 for a subject. Whereas, students need to score at least 50% overall to qualify in a semester. In practical subjects, you need to score a minimum of 17 out of 50 to pass.  Apart from these, there are two additional qualifying papers. You need to score passing marks in these papers as well. 

CCSU is one of India’s most prestigious educational institutes, spread across a large campus. Here are some of the facilities offered by CCS University.  Hostels for both boys and girls, Administrative Block. Auditorium with plenty of space. Garden, Large playgrounds, Indoor Stadium, and test fields for the sports enthusiast. Medical Facility. Centre for Community Development. College Canteen, Bank, Gymnasium, and Post Office. Faculty and Staff residential quarters. Well-stocked library. The university campus is clean and lush green. Except for B. Tech and LLB, all other majority courses are postgraduate level. Also, you can collect all the information from any administrative staff of the college. They are helpful and would not let you down.

One of my friends graduated from CCS with a Bachelor of Science in 2019 and was looking for a transcript to help WES evaluate my degree. Unfortunately, he misplaced one of his mark sheets, and as far as transcripts go, all mark sheets are required. Also, as he was not in the city it was difficult for him to visit the university.  While going through various websites, he found N V DOCUMENTATION, a transcript service provider. He contacted and inquired about the services they provided, and informed them that he had lost a marksheet and was confused about how to proceed, and the executive assisted him to get a replica mark sheet. They walked him through the entire process. The team was successful in obtaining his duplicate mark sheet, and his transcript was sent directly from the university to WES.

CCS University is better than other private colleges in the region. The free structure is affordable. The infrastructure of CCS University is not great. The facilities offered are similar to other government universities. If you are from the region, you can keep the university as an option.  But if you are getting admission at DU or other reputed universities, you should choose those options over CCS.

The three-year LLB course at CCS University has an upper age limit of 30-45. The upper age limit of a five-year LLB course is 20-22. Besides the age limit, CCS University has other eligibility criteria that you need to fulfill. For a three-year LLB, applicants need to have completed graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 45% marks. For five year LLB degree, students need to complete 10+2 in any stream with 45% marks. 

For a B.Ed from CCS University Meerut, you need to apply for the UPBED entrance examination. Each year, reputed universities of India conduct this examination. This year, Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University is conducting UPBED.  If you can secure a rank of around 1-10000 in the entrance examination, you can apply for Govt. Universities through counseling. If you can’t get a rank in this range, you have to choose private colleges. 

Chaudhary Charan Singh University is a well-known university in the region. It offers good infrastructure and facilities to students. The university library has a good collection of books. CCS alumni list includes names such as Mayawati, Murli Manohar Joshi, Kumar Vishwas, etc. The campus placements for the institute aren’t too good. But you can get good opportunities through off-campus placements.
