BBAU UG Admission 2023: B.Tech, BA, B.Com, B.Voc, B.Sc, B.li.I.Sc & B.Ed

BBAU offers B.Tech, BA, B.Com, B.Voc, B.Sc, B.li.I.Sc & B.Ed programs in different specializations. 10+2 in the relevant subject group is the minimum eligibility criteria for these courses except for B.Li.I.Sc and B.Ed for which Graduation is mandatory. Admission is based on candidates’ performance in BBAU Online Test followed by counselling. Students can also opt for Integrated B.Sc, B.Voc and Diploma programs.

BBAU, Lucknow M.Tech, MBA & MCA Admission 2023

BBAU offers M.Tech, MBA and MCA programs in various specializations at postgraduate level. The minimum eligibility criteria is a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline with at least 50% (45% for SC/ST/PWD) from a recognized university. M.Tech and MBA admissions are based on a valid score in GATE and CAT/ MAT/ XAT respectively. The university also offers MCA in Evening mode. MCA and M.Pharm admissions are offered on the basis of BBAU Online Test and GPAT score respectively.

BBAU, Lucknow PG Admission 2023: M.Sc, MA, LL.M & M.Li.I.Sc

BBAU PG admission is subject to fulfilling the admission criteria, eligibility, rank in the merit list, medical fitness, verification of original documents etc. Ambedkar University PG Admissions are offered based on the CUET PG score released by NTA for its respective programs. After the declaration of the CUET (PG) - 2023 result by NTA, the University will declare the counseling schedule and merit list based on the CUET PG score and the other criteria of the respective University.

Shortlisting will be done based on application shortlisting, CUET-PG score and PI round.
	Business Management	An applicant should have completed graduation from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% in the qualifying examination (45% in the case of candidates from the reserved category). The final admission is offered by shortlisting through the weighted average of marks secured in the University Admission Test/ CMAT score.
	Geology	A candidate must have passed B.Sc. with Geology and a combination of any two of the following subjects. Physics/ Chemistry/ Math/ Botany/ Zoology/ Environment Science/ (Besides Geology) Eligible candidates have to appear for CUET- PG conducted by NTA and obtain a merit score to qualify for the course

BBAU, Lucknow M.Phil & Ph.D. Admission 2023

BBAU conducts a separate Entrance Test to offer admission in M.Phil and Ph.D. courses. Master’s degree in the relevant discipline with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PH) is the minimum eligibility criteria. The Entrance Test will consist 50% questions from Research Methodology and 50% from the Related Subject. Students need to score at least 50% marks in the Entrance Test.

BBAU follows a common application process for all UG/ PG and Doctoral level courses. Application form can be filled online by following the below-listed steps:

I HAD APPLIED TO THE AKTU COUNSELLING AND FOR THE CENTRAL UNIVERSITY OF HARYANA ON THE BASIS OF MY JEE MAINS PERCENTILE OF 87.5 . I HAD GOT THE CONFIRMED ADMISSION FROM FROM THE CENTRAL UNIVERSITY OF HARYANA , LUCKNOW UNIVERSITY AND FROM MANY TOP PRIVATE COLLEGES LIKE KIET,JSS ETC. AS WELL AS FROM TOP GOVERNMENT COLLEGES LIKE IET , KNIT , BIET . I HAD CHOSED THIS COLLEGE BECAUSE IT IS NEARBY TO MY HOME AND I ALSO WANTED TO PREPARE FOR THE GATE EXAM , SO IT' WILL BE BENEFICAL BECAUSE I DON'T HAD TO STRESS ABOUT HOSTEL , MESS AND I COULD FOCUS ON MY GATE PREPARATION. I COULD HAVE CHOSEN PRIVATE COLLEGES BUT BECAUSE OF HIGH FEESS AND HIGH ACCOMODATION PRICE I COULDN'T AFFORD THAT AND WHEN ABOUT GOVERNMENT COLLGES I WAS NOT GETTING THE CSE BRANCH , AS I WANTED TO STUDY IN CS ONLY, SO I LEFT THAT TOO. YES , YOU CAN SAY I WAS REJECTED FROM TOP GOVERNMENT COLLEGES IN SECURING CSE BRANCH , I FEEL BAD ABOUT IT . BUT , IT IS WHAT IS NOW. FOR ADMSSION INTO OUR COLLEGE , YOU JUST HAVE TO GIVE THE CUET FOR ANY COURSES AND IF YOU WANT ADMISSION IN B.TECH BRANCH YOU CAN GIVE JEE MAINS EXAM AS 50 PERCENT SEATS ARE RESERVED FOR ADMISSION THROUGH JEE MAINS. THE ELIGIBILITY IS 12 TH PASS OUT WITH MINIMUM OF 60 PERCENT . MOST STUDENTS PREFER CUET EXAMS AS ONLY FEW KNOW ABOUT ADMISSION THROUGH JEE MAINS. THE CUTOFF FOR CSE BRANCH FROM JEE MAINS IS AROUND 84 PERCENTILE FOR GEN AND OBC AND AROUND 63 FOR SC STUDENTS. FOR ADMISSION YOU HAVE TO REGISTER ON BBAU OFFICIAL WEBSITE AND UPLOAD ALL INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTS , ONCE YOU ARE ALLOTED SEAT ,YOU JUST HAVE TO PAY FEES . AFTER FEW DAYS , THEY WILL CALL ALL THE STUDENT FOR OFFLINE DOCUMENTS VERIFICATION AND SUBMISSION . THAT'S THE COMPLETE ADMISSION PROCEDURE. THE ADMISSION PROCESS IS SO DELAYED THAT MANY TOP STUDENTS TAKE ADMISSION SOMEWHERE ELSE .

Life in BBAU .

What I Liked

Nice Behaviour of some professors provided by faculty.
Administration is strict and equal for all students .
Professor are well expert in their subject even they explains topics in easier way .

What I didn’t like

placement is not good in university as per 2023 data only 50% placement is given as covered earlier .
Faculty does not provide proper facilities to their student at right time .
Management is slower than expectation .

Remarks:

Guinueinly i did not applied for many colleges or university . i have applied for some well known university like BBAU , DU and BHU . But my score of CUET through i have to get addmission did not match the elegibelity criteria of DU and BHU except BBAU so i did not able to get addmission in DU , BHU . So BBAU is my last option for me to get admit . CUET is only option to get addmission in bbau .

I choose this University because it was very near my house and it's a central government University which really matters. The degree here plays a vital role in application of jobs and other criteria as well. This University has a vast area

What I Liked

The college is Nature friendly and if you want to prepare for gate or any other competive exam then in my opinion it's one of the best government colleges that you can get s
Campus is lush and green and there're many park's and sports grounds
The staff is very good and helpful they'll help you with any kind of situation related to your course and Direct you..

What I didn’t like

Campus is very big but engineering department isn't that big and not that good compared to other courses
Faculty is good but there's shortage of teachers which isn't a good thing
Placement aren't that good and in core branches like mechanical it's 0 comparing to computer and ece branch

Remarks:

I chose this college because it's near to my house that's why I chose this college and also it's a decent college and I never prepared for JEE I just gave it and got enough marks to get in this college what I wanted and the admission process is very easy you have to give jee mains or cuet ug for being for admission in my course and then you have to apply for it then they'll release a merit list and after getting in the merit list you have to report in the university for dv and after dv you have to pay the fees for securing your seat.
