I chose this college because it's near to my house that's why I chose this college and also it's a decent college and I never prepared for JEE I just gave it and got enough marks to get in this college what I wanted and the admission process is very easy you have to give jee mains or cuet ug for being for admission in my course and then you have to apply for it then they'll release a merit list and after getting in the merit list you have to report in the university for dv and after dv you have to pay the fees for securing your seat.
As if we all take the example of me then I always wanted to do electrical engineering cause I've always been interested in it and it was the best decision of my life The curriculum tells you what is necessary for outer world and what's not there are some things that are in curriculum but now we don't have there need in real world they are outdated but teacher will tell you what's important and what is just for syllabus completion Teachers teaching methods are okay ???? if you are average student then you'll not have any problem Exams are moderate level and here theory and practical both types of exams are taken and for each subject you'll be getting around 3 hours to complete there are 8 questions and you have to only do 5 questions
As I've said earlier there placement culture is not good but still there some companies offer various types of internship for students like Flipkart, TCS, Wipro, Accenture and they pay around 2.5 lpa to 12 lpa if you meet there level what they are looking for.
There's placements aren't that good if you're seeking placements then this college isn't for you specifically for core branches you can get placed in ECE or computer branch and also in EE sometimes but the package isn't that big But if you want to prepare for higher education or government exams then this college is for you. I also chose this college because of this reason And in cs more than 50% students gets placed in ece also same number overall more than 40%
Like when you take admission in 1st year then in first semester you have to pay 61400 in which 6400 rupees is admission fee and 55000 is tution fees in which all other expenses are covered like development fees, lab fees, etc. in the second semester I've paid 56900 and in that all other expenses are covered. And yes you get a scholarship from the UP government if you're a resident of uttar pradesh If you are general and OBC then you'll be getting around 50% fee as a scholarship from the up government and if you're from sc/st community then you'll be getting around 110% of tution fees from up government..and also you can get zero fee admission if you are eligible for it.. One more thing if you want to apply for the scholarship from up government then your income should be less than 2.5 lacs per annum And if you're from other states then you can fill the national scholarship form... There's a whole department for these kind of works.. And these details apply to all of the btech department's
The overall experience is fine don't make any higher expectations then everything will be fine. You can participate in many cultural and sports activities if you are interested and hackathons also There are also clubs related to your interests you can also join them and for books and other things you can access the university library which is very good and you'll get almost everything related to your course
The faculties are good and experienced and also very helpful and they do care about you...but as I told earlier that there's shortage of teachers because of faculty to student ratio isn't good and also the exam pattern is like the same pattern that every government institutions follow their are two mid sem exam and one end sem exam all the exam will be held in theoretical model and not that tough because the teachers who are teaching you those subjects will make the exam paper accordingly what's they've taught you..And if you've written good then you'll get very good marks
Please provide insights around the faculty members of your college. Also mention about the course structure, exam systems and marking schemes. Please consider including: The faculty-to-student ratio. How is the faculty to student relationship and how approachable are the faculties? The name of the faculties you liked and why did you like them? Who are the best faculties? The names of the faculties you didn't like and reason for not liking them? How many exams are there and how easy or difficult are they? How many students fail to clear the exams? How relevant is the course curriculum?
College placement is not so bad because recently a student of this college has placed for l INR 50LPA nad the average is 5LPA and I think it is not so bad and about 60-70 % has been placed if they don't then they apply for further education.
