Read Full ReviewThe plament rate is increasing at a great pace. The average package rate I'd 7LPA. The University has great resources and all those who are interested in placement can easily get a really good offer with the help of great faculty and mentors.
I am a first year student in CSE and I would say that my experience in this institute has been amazing. The admission in this institution is via 10+2 board marks or JEE (Mains). The application form is easily accessible from the Institution's website. There is also reservation for SC/ST/army/HP. The university is worth it and you should definitely consider Jaypee University of Information Technology.
Read Full ReviewStudents get eligible for placements in 3rd year itself. The companies visited are Amazon, fantaclaus, etc. The highest package last year was 50 lakhs (off campus) by Amazon and the mean package was 6.5 lpa. 289 students have been placed in the last 5 years which makes 86%. My plan after getting the degree is to obviously get placed in a good company with a good package.
The admission process was pretty simple. We were asked to fill the forms based on our JEE scores or our 12th board's percentage depending on whichever we were confident about..we could do both too. There is no entrance exam and the cut-off is decided based on scores submitted by the students. The JEE cut-off is low only. The application forms can be found on the college's official website itself (juit.ac.in) and students and the dates can be checked by checking the website again and again. There is an application form fee of 1000. Many kinds of reservations are provided like for students coming from army backgrounds and Kashmiri migrants. The admission process was pretty smooth so I don't think any improvements as such are needed, they just have to keep it up.

Admission was on the basis of 12th percentage since ours was the COVID batch above 70% in boards was sufficient for cse. application form can be found on the university website . Overall the admission process was easy and quick but a more transparent process would have been better.
Read Full ReviewOpportunities for placements are quite well. Before COVID lots of companies came for placements and post the number of companies was reduced. I want to join a company after getting my degree. I am not interested in higher studies.
I have taken admission through my 12th percentile. I applied through an online entrance process. then they sent me an email that i had been offered a seat in cse branch and to secure a seat I had to pay some amount of fee within 7 days. You can find the application form on the website. No improvement in the admission process is needed.
Read Full ReviewPlacement of the college is okayish. As we have pool campus placement our college has two sister campuses one is Jiit Noida and the other is Juet Guna. so all our placements are conducted on the Noida campus itself. A good amount of companies visit our campus like Infosys, TCS, Cognizant, zscalar, interview-bit, and so on making an average package of 7LPA and the highest package of 45LPA on Amazon. Around 93% of students placed last year. The remaining ones either opted to pursue higher studies or prepare for govt exams. Talking about my plan I want to work for MNC for 2 years and then move to abroad to pursue higher education.
The admissions process was online during my time as it was Covid time so we were asked to submit all the necessary details like jee score, 12th and 10th mark sheet, and on the basis of jee percentile I was allotted admission into the college.
Read Full ReviewIn terms of Civil engineering, both the colleges, JUIT Solan and JUET Gunaare good colleges to learn from and for overall development. But the latter comparatively has an edge over the former.
Academics:
JUET Guna campus is sprawled in multiple folds, over more than 125 acres. The civil engineering lab at JUET GUNA is more equipped than JUIT Solan from what I have heard from many of my seniors. Due to the much bigger campus, you can use up the instruments more efficiently.
Placements:
As far as the placement is concerned, both are nearly the same. If you want to go to a non-core Job you can easily get it with good effort or else if you opt for core jobs then they conduct pool campus drives specifically at different locations.
Here’s a brief comparison of the Civil Engineering course offered by the institutes.
