Hostel rooms are big enough they provide with mattress table chair a box bed curtains book shelf and an almira the mess food is quite good if compared to other hostels mess food the registration for hostel is done on the admission day only.
The campus life is good the seniors are very helpful. The annual fest is le feistus and tech fest is murious annual fest takes place in april then there is sports fest parakram many colleges come and play many games the ameneties are good in classrooms like smartboard mics and speakers the chairs are comfortable. They are many social group and clubs you can be a part of here.
Read Full ReviewThe hostel facilities are exquisite with great view and infrastructure. The facilities provided to the hostellers hot water and heater. The rooms are well maintained with pest control. The food is quality is very good and PGs are also available easily for non-hostellers.
There are various fests taking place in the institution all year round like Le Fiesta, Muriour, Diksha, and Ruchna. There is also a student resource centre for all student and can be assessible online. The sport festival is also very exciting with aa sports festival called Parakram.The social clubs are diverse and for students from all fields of interest.
Read Full ReviewThere are single double and triple rooms. Double rooms have 2 beds 2 almirahs 2 chairs 4 shelves and 2 tables. A heater is also provided for winter. We have great food in the mess, every day of the week we get something new and the menu is revised monthly. The food is really tasty. The hostel rate is 1,60000 per year.
The life on campus is amazing although it's rather isolated but the campus itself has many things to do. Our annual fest is Festus, which is conducted in February and our tech fest name is murious conducted in December. Our library has 5000+ books which includes research books and also books for competitive exams held after one graduates. Classrooms are equipped with numerous lights and fans. We have a basketball court, a football ground, Table tennis and 3 badminton courts. There is a huge auditorium where all the programs are held. We've got gyms that are well-equipped. Koshish club is one of the clubs that has students of our college teaching to children of nearby villages, then there is a literary club that also hosts the annual literary fest called alfaaz.

Campus life at Juit can be vibrant and diverse. You'll have the opportunity to interact with students from various backgrounds and regions of India. juit typically has various clubs and student organizations catering to different interests.
Read Full Reviewhostel rooms are big enough for 2 people with 2 washrooms and 2 bathroom for one floor and one floor consists of approx - 8 rooms and mess for first year is on different floor to avoid raggings and bullying but inspit or all rumours the food here is of best quality .. some people here are living in pg and rented rooms too but that is not so good but affordable
when you enter you will have a freshers party named disha several functions like parikrama then the biggest fest named le fiestas and seniors will never interrupt you will you are in the library or in academics block no raggings no bullying nothing peaceful life you will get the best views from hostel shimla only 20 min away from here and all lots of sports opportunities

In terms of Civil engineering, both the colleges, JUIT Solan and JUET Gunaare good colleges to learn from and for overall development. But the latter comparatively has an edge over the former.
Academics:
JUET Guna campus is sprawled in multiple folds, over more than 125 acres. The civil engineering lab at JUET GUNA is more equipped than JUIT Solan from what I have heard from many of my seniors. Due to the much bigger campus, you can use up the instruments more efficiently.
Placements:
As far as the placement is concerned, both are nearly the same. If you want to go to a non-core Job you can easily get it with good effort or else if you opt for core jobs then they conduct pool campus drives specifically at different locations.
Here’s a brief comparison of the Civil Engineering course offered by the institutes.
