I have a passion for learning new technologies and that's why I chose the CSE course. The faculty-student ratio will be 1:15. Where for a batch of 15 students there will be mentors who guide students in projects and attendance and in course subjects. Teachers are almost MTech and Ph.D. There are two mid-exams for theory and lab and they are easy.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Hardware growth has been increasing faster than in the previous 10 years. Now there's a great demand for hardware improvement technology in the Electronics department. Hence ECE is the best option to go with. Faculty is good, they help each student to excel in their life. Every faculty that comes to teach has had a good experience and they've done their doctorates in reputed universities. Exams were not that tough you can easily score if you keep up with your listening in class and understand the concepts taught.

The examination will be conducted very slightly and the exam conducting timings also be time to time and it's very to easy pass if you study well

Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology - [CBIT]: 6 answered questions

Ques
What is better, CBIT IT or GRIET CSE?

● Top Answer By Anupama Sen on 23 Apr 21

Ans
B.Tech in Information Technology from CBIT is any day better than a Computer Science and Engineering degree from GRIET. The reason is that the CBIT IT branch has better placements than that of a GRIET CSE branch. Placements: (Winning Institute - CBIT) We know that placements are one of the biggest factors in choosing a college and in that regard CBIT is a much better choice even though GRIET is not bad.  Many top companies such as Microsoft visit both campuses and offer comparable high annual compensation.  However, the companies usually recruit more students in the higher compensation packages at CBIT. So, your chances of securing the dream job are relatively easier at CBIT than at GRIET. The average placements hover in the INR 6 LPA to INR 12 LPA range at CBIT for IT and CSE branches with the lowest package of close to INR 3.5 LPA. There are also a lot more MNCs coming to the CBIT campus than that of the GRIET campus. Course Fee: The only area where GRIET zooms ahead of CBIT is in the case of the program fee. For CBIT it is now INR 2.2 lakhs for the management quota students while it is only between INR 1 lakhs to 1.5 lakhs for GRIET.  You should choose CBIT as it offers better placements.

Ques
Why are the fees at SNIS, CBIT, Vasavi and MGIT very high compared to other top engineering colleges?

● Top Answer By Anuj Trivedi on 10 Aug 22

Ans
Engineering colleges such as SNIST, CBIT, Vasavi, and MGIT charge high course fees because of the facilities they offer. These colleges have great faculty bases. Students are provided with ample learning resources. These colleges also offer good returns on investments. Here are the recent placement highlights of the institutes. Colleges  Average CTC (in INR) SNIST 4 LPA CBIT 6.5 LPA Vasavi  4 LPA MGIT 4.06 LPA These are the reasons why SNIST, CBIT, Vasavi, and MGIT charge high course fees.

Ques
Which is better, BITS Pilani or CBIT?

● Top Answer By Prakhar Kumar on 29 Jul 21

Ans
BITS Pilani is definitely the better college as compared to CBIT. I do not have much idea about CBIT. BITS has a league of its own. Here are some key points about BITS: It has a really good academic culture and is one of the best academic institutions after IITs for engineering degrees. The college is much better than many Indian engineering colleges when it comes to infrastructure, placements, brand as well as campus life. BITS Pilani focuses on open learning as well as dual specialization. You will experience quality teaching and have a really good global alumni base. You can compare other IITs like IITB, IITM, IITK for better or for the worse. But, keep in mind that this does not mean that other top governments or private colleges are not equally good or even comparable to BITS. It all boils down to the pedigree, which is the only thing that matters. A lot of colleges across the country are making huge strides in efforts to tackle leading colleges within the next 8 to 10 years. It all depends upon how strategically the college invests and commits to doing better. From what little knowledge we have about CBIT, it really does not compare much in this aspect.

Ques
Can a graduate from Muffakham Jah college, CBIT, JNTU and Osmania university compare these four universities briefly considering all the facts.

● Top Answer By Arun Mudiraj, on 22 Oct 21

Ans
After researching about this online, I got to know some facts. Let me share them as they might give you a clear idea about it. Osmania and JNTU are universities offering postgraduate courses. Muffakham Jah College of Engineering and Technology (MJCET) is affiliated to Osmania University and CBIT is an autonomous college under Osmania University.  If we consider placements, all of them are very good providing students with appropriate job opportunities. IT firms tend to visit more than core companies during placements. A disadvantage of MJCET is that it does not provide a hostel. JNTU, Osmania, and CBIT have proper hostel facilities. Categories MJCET CBIT JNTU Osmania University Course Fee INR 4.40 lakh INR 5.36 lakh INR 72,000 INR 72,000 Placement Percentage 73% 80% 75% 98% Highest CTC 7 LPA 6.5 LPA 7-8 LPA 8 LPA Average CTC 3.5 LPA 3.6 LPA 3.4 LPA 4.5 LPA Recruiting Companies Amazon, Adobe, etc. TCS, HP, etc. TCS, Cognizant, etc. Wipro, Byju’s, etc.  In India, for graduation and further studies, students mostly prefer studying in a Government-funded college, as the fees are lesser than their private counterparts. Also top students secure better ranks and opt for them, making the student crowd very competitive. They also have better and more experienced faculty members.

Ques
Which is better, ECE at NIT Raipur or CSE at CBIT?

● Top Answer By Vidya Trivedi on 13 Jul 21

Ans
A relative of mine used to be a student of NIT Raipur. He pursued electronics at the institute and in his opinion, it is a good institute for electronics. However, choose the branch if you have a genuine interest. If you are interested in CSE, then you stand to benefit from NIT Raipur Electronics too, as the students pursuing electronics at NIT Raipur get placed in CSE companies most of the time. The students also get placed in IT companies as the campus is visited by only one or two core electronic companies. The faculty of the institute is experienced and supportive. It has also good lab facilities. You can get placed in a CSE company through NIT Raipur which gives you the opportunity to choose your area of interest whether it is CSE or IT. The average package offered by NIT Raipur in 2020 was INR 9.5 LPA. The top companies that visit the institute during the placement process are Siemens, Barclays, TATA, FIAT, Reliance, Amazon, etc. You should do your own research on the institutes before deciding on any of the institutes.
