As TCET is a autonomous college the curriculum is set by uss which is great i think we do not study things which are no longer in use in industry we study only those which are tequired for industry also books are provided in 1st yr but not in 2nd
1st and 2nd ye we have inhousee internship but from 3rd and 4th yr we have outhouse internship in markets . Many students are placed in the conpany they onternships in . IP projects are given also 4th yr projects are taken care of
Canpus placements are provided their is a cell of T&P which is responsible for it. Also many sessions and programmes are conducted to make us employeble like IP session on every friday fir making us a full stack developer so we can stand a chance in the market
Fees for BE in ENTC and almost all branch is 165000 u can avail tfws, sc,st,ebc scholarships personally i availed ebc scholarship so my fees per yr is 90k rn. Fees are incrrsed yearly by 5% least . Also fees is to be paid together in one amount ways in every yr
Many many clubs ,councils many events seminars and cultyral events happening many hackathons happening and extra curricular and co curricular things going on in college and we r always welcomes for them.not so big campus but great infra and comfortablity
Faculties are mostly all with phds and doc. 1st yr favulties were greatt and also its a very supportive environment no faculty gonna ever say no to simething feedbacks are always entertained . Exams are on noderate level checking level is a lil higher side conceptual questions are always prioritiesed
I am a technical student so I have a mind set that I have to go in a technical field only I started my technical career from 11th as choosing a vocational subject in 11th and 12th frequency and timings we come to know a month ago so you have to prepare your self everyday and areas of improvement is that you make technical mund strong
So placements start right from 7 th sem Also they provide coaching endorsements for gre and toefl who plan for abroad studies The percentage of getting placements is also quite good As seen from the previous records
There are placements in college in particular department. But for cs, it, and etc having equal placements so that their is quite difficult for got select in PI round. There is alot of competition for placements.
I choose this course of chemical engineering because there are lot of chemical campanies near my village like supreme,realiance, sudarshan. etc those companies are very famous for chemical industries .
The placements here at IIT Bombay are very very good. If a student has really done good or just put some efforts on skill development, he definitely gets placed and in a very good amount. A large number of companies visit for placements like Tata, L&T, Google, Apple, Microsoft, Uber, SONY, Samsung, Mahindra, Reliance, Qualcomm, Bajaj, Jaguar, Loreal, JSW, Hitachi, Mercedes, Havells,P&G, ITC, HUL, ONGC, HP, BYJUS, etc. This year around 1753 offers were made, out of which 1438 were accepted by the students in phase-1. All the information is available on IITB website. The highest package was around INR 4.23 CPA (in quant sector) and an average package of around INR 21.26 LPA. Around 82.1% of students were placed this year. Some students didn't sit for placements because they want to study further in foreign universities, or doing MBA further, or UPSC, etc.
Campus placement are one of the best in India Our cs average is more then 50 lakhs the average package is almost 23 lacs per annum. Most of the students get placed during the placement. Almost 50 people get PPO.
