JEE Main 2021 B.E./B.Tech Question Paper March 17 (Afternoon Session) was conducted between 3.00 PM to 6.00 PM. The high weighting topics for each section were as follows:

• Mathematics: Section had high weightage assigned to Differential Calculus (24%), Integral Calculus (20%), and Coordinate Geometry (15%). The number of questions from the class XII syllabus was significantly higher.
• Physics: The high weighting topics were - Mechanics (33%), Electrodynamics (23%), and Modern Physics (17%) 
• Chemistry: The high weighting topics were - Organic Chemistry II (23%), Inorganic Chemistry I (20%), Physical Chemistry II (20%), Inorganic Chemistry II (17%)
