JEE Main 2019 B.E/B.Tech was on April 10, 2019 in the Forenoon Session. Students find the overall difficulty level easy. The overall difficulty level was rated the same as in January. The question paper follows a similar questions pattern as January. Cutoff could go higher for JEE Main 2019 10th April Paper 1 due to an increase in the number of candidates.

Chemistry was the easiest and Physics was the toughest section to attempt, yet the Physics section comprises easy questions as compared to the exams conducted on 7th and 8th April. Follow the below-mentioned table to the sections as per the difficulty level-

• Most questions from the Chemistry section was less time-consuming and based on NCERT syllabus

• For this session, the cutoff could fall somewhere between 75-85. As compared to the last year, the cutoff range could increase upto 1-10 marks

As per the determined marking pattern by the National Testing Agency, responsible for conducting JEE Main April 2019, students are entitled to get 4 marks for every correct answer. 1 mark must be deducted for every wrong answer.
