FMS New Delhi: Faculty of Management Studies

For 2021-23 batch, FMS New Delhi MBA is about Rs.48,000/- per semester (1.92 lakhs for a full two-year program). However, only a total of 287 seats are available for admissions, which increases the competition further by a notch. FMS is actively working towards women's participation in business roles, awarding women candidates with additional 3 points in their composite score.

The fee hike applies to all candidates except those belonging to Pwd Category. Candidates belonging to Pwd category will have to pay only admission fee and identity card fee. Besides this, there are various societies functioning in FMS under the registered body MSA (Management of Science Association) who may charge fees (variable) for conducting student activities.

Department of Commerce, Delhi School of Economics has recently wrapped up its admission process for its 27^th batch (2021-2023). Applications will be invited by the Department of Commerce, Delhi School of Economics for its 28th batch (2022-24) of MBA (Human Resource Development) and MBA (International Business) tentatively in the month of August, 2022.

• The application process for the 2022-24 batch is expected  to commence from July 26, 2022
• Candidates applying to MBA (HRD) and MBA (IB) need to pay the required fee online at Department’s website.

The total number of seats for both programs (MBA IB+HRD)  are :  75 (62 +13) for each program.

DSE Fees

For the 2021-22 batch, fee structure has not been revealed by DSE. However, the institute is considered to be one of the most prestigious B-schools among all the top MBA colleges in India. The expected fee for 2021 is Rs. 15,500 (approx.) for one year. The payment of fee has to be made at the department office and is non-refundable in any scenario.

There are the top 3 colleges that provide excellent education on a budget. Apart from these colleges, there are certain other non-IIM colleges like Christ University Bangalore, Department of Management Studies, Pune and Tata Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, providing excellent education albeit on a higher fee structure, which revolves around 4 to 5 lakh per annum. 

Candidates who make through CAT should pin down their colleges based on factors like future opportunities, placement record of the college, ranking and accredation, return on inverstment and most importantly whether the college fits in their budget or not.
