IIM Body Gaya CAT 2022 Cut off & Selection Process

IIM Bodh Gaya admission process consists of the following steps:

• Qualifying CAT 2022 Examination
• Shortlisting candidates for Personal Interview.
• Conducting the Personal Interview as per schedule. 
• Preparing the Final Merit List based on CAT 2022 score, PI score, and Profile score.

Stage 1: Criteria for Shortlisting to PI

For all Candidates – Gender Neutral: CAT 2022 cut off percentile or marks in the three sections and the total for different categories are mentioned below:

The criteria for preparing the merit list will be as follows:

  • Overall CAT Scaled Score: 45%
  • CAT VARC Scaled Score: 5%
• Personal Interview (PI): 20%
• Profile: 30%
  • Academic Profile (60% or above): 12%
    • 10th Standard: 4%
    • 12th Standard: 4%
    • Graduation: 4%
  • Work Experience: 16%
  • Academic Diversity: 2%

IIM Bodh Gaya CAT Cut off 2021

For all Candidates – Gender Neutral: The PI process for the candidates, who are clearing the cut-off mentioned below and not clearing the cut-off mentioned above, will be conducted through SAP 2022.

For female candidates only (Super-Numerary Girls only): The female candidates, who are shortlisted due to the cutoffs in the mentioned table and clearing the cut-off in above mentioned 2 tables, will be considered for supernumerary girls seats only. The PI process for such candidates will be conducted through SAP 2022. 

IIM Bodh Gaya CAT 2020 Cutoff

• Candidates have to clear both the sectional and the overall CAT cut-off to get shortlisted in pre-admission rounds.
• The cut-off for this year's 2-year PGDM programme at IIM Bodhgaya is around 90 percentile.
• For IIM Bodhgaya, CAT cut-off is dependent on multiple variables.

IIM Bodh Gaya CAT Cutoff 2018

The cut-off for 2018 IIM Bodh Gaya was slightly different from the previous year's. The overall percentile for the General category was less than in 2017. However, the overall and sectional percentile for IIM Bodh Gaya candidates in the ST and DAP categories was significantly lower compared with last year.

IIM Bodh Gaya CAT Cutoff 2017

The overall and sectional percentile for IIM Bodh Gaya cut-off was marked with a major improvement. When the overall percentile for the general category dropped from 96 to 90, the overall percentile has improved for candidates in other groups.

IIM Bodh Gaya CAT Cutoff 2016

In terms of the IIM Bodh Gaya cut-off, there is a negligible change in the overall percentile for general category candidates IIM Bodh Gaya cut-off fell from 78.98 to 77.5 for OBC and SC candidates, and from 63 to 59. However, a significant change was observed for ST and DAP candidates, and the overall cutoff decreased from 50.71 to 40 and 50.71 to 40 respectively.

IIM Bodh Gaya CAT Cutoff 2015

CAT 2015 examination pattern was different from the present paper pattern. Earlier, there were only two sections of the CAT examination - quantitative ability and data interpretation, verbal ability and logical reasoning. The general category sectional cut-off was 80 and the overall percentile was 96.30. The sectional cut-off was 61.43 for the NC-OBC candidates, and the overall cut-off was 78.98 in 2015.
