In the selection process, candidate’s Academic Potential, Sound Fundamentals Personal Qualities, Creative Skills, Leadership Qualities and Work Experience are analyzed mainly.
For PGDM admission, candidates should have a valid CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/MAH-CET score with atleast 50% marks in Bachelor’s degree and 45% in case of SC/ ST/ OBC.

Candidates having superior profile overall will be called for GDPI. The parameters of a good profile will include:
Final selection is based on the composite score of the following parameters:
Group Discussions: Applicants who will fulfill the qualitative requirements will be called for the Group Discussions. The duration of GD will be 30-45 minutes per group. Apart from the GD, this may also include case studies, role plays and extempore speech. GD process will be given 40% of the total weightage in the merit list. This is an elimination round.
Personal Interviews: Personal interview round will carry 30% of the total weightage. This board of experts will gauge the candidates on diverse parameters including the aptness of the candidate for a particular occupation; the board will also give the opportunity to the candidates to add or delete course options.
Merit List: On completion of interviews, we generate a final merit list based on overall performance of the candidates. The applicant is well thought-out for the course when he has preferred according to the main concern mentioned by him/her in the application form
In case, he/she is not selected for the course applied by him/her, then he/she will be considered for other courses and selected on merit
