    NID DАT 2023 Registration: Form Correction (Ongoing), Direct Links, and Application Fees

    NID DAT 2023 Registration ended on December 22, 2022. The application form correction window is going to remain open till today i.e. December 27, 2022. Candidates can make the required correction, if any, to NID DAT 2023 Application Form at the official website- admissions.nid.edu. Candidates are required to log in with their registered email id, date of birth and password to access the application form correction window.     NID DAT Application Process

    How to Apply for NID DAT 2023?

    Eligible candidates can apply online by providing information such as their phone number, email address, and date of birth. To appear for NID DAT 2023, candidates must follow the Steps outlined below:

    STEP 1: Register

    • Before filling out the application form on the official website, you must first register/sign up.
    • When registering, be sure you include a valid phone number, email address, and date of birth.
    • Login credentials will be emailed to the registered email address after registration.

    STEP 2: Fill out the Application form

    • Complete the application form.
    • To access the application form, enter your account user id and password.
    • Fill in all of the required information.
    • After you've completed all of the fields, click 'Save & Proceed' to move on to the next stage, which is to 'Upload Document.'

    STEP 3: Upload Documents

    • As instructed, upload a scanned copy of a recent passport photo. (as per the specification given below)
    • Follow the instructions to upload your scanned signature. (as per the specification given below)
    • If required, upload a valid Caste Certificate issued by a competent authority.
    • Applicants in the Persons with Disabilities (PwD) category must provide a valid disability certificate issued by a competent medical authority.
    • To go to the next stage to pay application fees, click ‘Save & Proceed.'

    STEP 4: Payment of the Application Fee

    The application cost for NID DAT 2023 can be paid online or in person.

    NID DAT 2023: Documents to be Submitted During the Application Process

    The following are important documents to have on hand when registering and filling out an application form:

    • A scanned copy of a photograph that is 75-100 KB in size. The imаge shоuld be sаved in JРG fоrmаt.
    • A scanned copy of the signature with a file size of less than 100 KB. The signature should be saved as a JPG file.
    • The competent authority issues a caste certificate to candidates in the SC/ST category. The certificate should be in JPG format with a file size of less than 150 KB.
    • Candidates applying under the category of persons with disabilities (PwD) must submit a disability certificate issued by a competent medical authority. The certificate must be in JPG format with a file size of less than 150 KB.
    • Candidates from other countries should upload the first and last pages of their passports, which should clearly disclose all of their personal information. The file must be in JPG format and weigh less than 150 KB.
    • For fee payment, you'll need your debit card, credit card, or net banking information.

    NID DAT Application Process For Foreign Nationals

    NID DAT 2023 Application Process for Foreign Nationals

    Under the overseas category, foreign citizens can apply for NID admission. Candidates who wish to be considered for admission in this category should complete the specified application form and submit it along with the relevant documents.

    At the time of counselling, candidates in the foreign category must present the documents listed below

    Documents Needed by Foreign Candidates for Admissions

    • A self-attested copy of the candidate's passport and visa with his/her/it information.
    • A $30 demand draught made out to “National Institute of Design” and due in Ahmedabad. Don't forget to write your name and address on the Demand Draft's reverse side.
    • B.Des Candidature:
      Attested copies of HSC and SSC mark sheets (candidates currently taking the HSC must submit a valid certificate from their school/college).
    • M.Des Candidature:
      Attested copies of SSC, HSC, and graduation mark sheets, as well as a degree certificate/provisional certificate/passing certificate, are required for M.Des candidates.
    • The address of your place of residence should be included on the application form (your address of the country in which you are staying at the time of application). Any convenient address (India/Abroad) can be written on the hall ticket.
    • Before admission, an equivalence certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi, must be obtained if the degree certificate was received from a university/board in another country.

    How To Recover Forgotten Application Number or Password?

    Print out of the application form, login id, and password should be kept safely by a candidate during the entirety of the exam session. However, students should not panic if they have misplaced their application number or password. To recover the application number and password,follow the following steps:

    • If you lose or forget your Roll Number, go to the official website where you filled out the examination application form.
    • Look attentively at the website; there will be a link for password recovery.
    • Select "Forgot Enrolment ID" from the drop-down menu. Then provide your phone number and email address. You will receive your enrolment ID by SMS/email.
    • If a candidate forgets his or her password, go to “Forgot Enrolment ID or Password?” and enter the information.
    • The imаge shоuld be sаved in JРG fоrmаt.
    • Provide your phone number, email address, and enrolment number.
    • With the help of the OTP received by SMS, the candidate can reset their password.
    • If a candidate forgets his or her enrollment ID, email address, or mobile number and has not paid, he or she must re-register.

    In саse thаt required documents аre nоt аvаilаble at the time and spot of filling the application form, do not worry; Candidate can simply save his/her/it partially filled NID аррliсаtiоn excited from the application portal. Then he can simply log into the portal later, after arranging the required documents, and resume filling his form from where the point he/she/it has left from. In any case, Candidates must go to the application form status page to finish the incomplete form, a form without the complete details would not be accepted. The following is the procedure for finding out the status of your NID DAT 2023 Application form:

    • The first step is to go to the National Institute of Design's official website.
    • On the bottom of the home page, there is a link to Admission.
    • You'll be taken to a new page called Graduate Diploma Programme in Design after clicking on that link.
    • Go to that page and click on it.
    • To check the status of an application that has already been submitted, enter your name, registered email address, and password.

    NID Form Correct facility would be available from December 25 to December 27, 2022. If a candidate makes a mistake during NID DAT Registration 2023, he/she/can amend it within this time limit by following the steps described below:

    Steр 1: Gо tо the Nаtiоnаl Institute оf Design's оffiсiаl website.

    Step 2: Enter your NID Registration Number or Enrolment ID, as well as your password.

    Step 3: Select the ‘Submit' tab from the drop-down menu.

    Step 4: A new screen will emerge, and you will notice a link for NID DAT 2023 Form Correction there.

    Step 5: Click the link, make the necessary changes, and then save the information.
