PGPM is one of the most commonly pursued management course after MBA and PGDM. The 2 year PGPM course (usually offered by IIMs) is equivalent to the MBA degree and 1 year PGPM course (offered by Great Lakes) is a professional certification course. 

Both these courses enhance the future of working professionals and provide them a platform where they can find industry exposure and involvement in the major project work that helps them to enhance their skills and knowledge, required for manager and leader level positions.

Admission in PGPM is mostly done through PGPM Entrance Exams, with the basic eligibility of at least 50% or equivalent at the graduation level from a recognized college or institute.

After years of experience and advanced skills, students can expect a salary of as high as INR 20-25 LPA. In some cases it may be even higher, especially in cities such as Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore, etc. This also depends upon the company with which you are associated with.

In the government sector, candidates can expect a salary as per the government standards which could be INR 4-12 LPA, and totally depends upon the salary scale.
