- The program is 'residential only' where you have to stay on campus and study. The campus is picturesque, situated on the outskirts of Pune, and has great connectivity with the city.
- The existing library rules allow students to use the college library for 24 hours. They even have a night canteen in the general area, where you can sit and work on your group projects.
- The coursework and syllabus are updated according to the new industrial requirements. You will have fun in learning which barely involves any mugging-ups.
- You can decide your branch of specialization in the first month of your college at SIBM.
Negative aspects:
- If you need an extra push or a pressurized environment to show your best, this may not be the right place for you. In fact, you have to get self-motivated and be proactive if you want to succeed in an MBA program at any institute.
- There are some unwanted restrictions and hostel rules.
- There is a high influence of Symbiosis University on SIBM Pune.
- Fee is very high when compared to ROI.
- If your dream is to get placed in top consultancies, SIBM might not be the right place for you as not many consulting companies hire from SIBM.
