Check the information provided and Submit to complete the application form.
Upload the required documents
A provisional application number will be displayed on the screen, note down the application number for future reference

Choice of Medium of Question Paper	Choose from the following language options: English, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Oriya, Bengali, Assamese, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Urdu
Correspondence Address	Same as permanent address or fill in the current address

Check all the details carefully as they cannot be changed after the final submission of the NEET application form 2020.
To submit the duly checked application form, click on “Yes, please do” on the confirmation pop-up.

Candidate should have passed 10^th examination & 10+2 with Biology, Physics, Chemistry from the CBSE or equivalent examination of any state / ISC recognized to it.
