Vemana Institute of Technology was established in the year 1999 on a 5 acre land in the IT centre of India, Bangalore. It is recognised by the Government of Karnataka, approved by All India Council for Technical Education ( AICTE) , New Delhi and affiliated to VTU, Belagavi, Karnataka. It offers five UG courses with 600 intake and three PG courses. It also has 5 VTU approved research centres.
Admissions for B.E/B.Tech are done based on the marks scored by the candidates in CET/COMEDK and for post graduate courses, scorecard of KPGCET is required. There is a competent placement cell to prepare the students for the vast competitive world they are about to enter.
