Aspirants seeking admission to 5 years full-time B.Arch program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.

Academic Requirement

• Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Examination of the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Kerala, or examinations recognized equivalent thereto, with at least 60%marks or above in Physics, Chemistry and Biology put together, are eligible. It will be 55% marks in the case of religious nuns of the Roman Catholic Church.
• Candidates who have passed VHSE with Medical Laboratory Technology with at least 70% marks or above put together for Physics, Chemistry, and Biology are eligible for DMLT course. It will be 60% marks in the case of religious nuns Roman Catholic Church.
