RVSCET offers B.Tech courses in 6 specializations including Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering and Metallurgical Engineering. RVSCET offers a three-year MCA and two-year M.Tech program in Computer Science and Engineering. Candidates with B.Tech/ B.E degrees in CSE/IT/ECE/EEE or any other branch can apply for M. Tech. program. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with Mathematics in 10+2 level can apply for the MCA course.
