What I Liked

The faculty at CMRCET are distinguished by their exceptional experience and expertise in their fields,allowing them to provide personalized guidance and mentorship to students.By fostering critical thinking,innovation, and creativity,they empowerment
Vibrant Campus Life: The campus is vibrant and engaging, with numerous clubs, societies, and events that foster social interactions,skill development,and networking opportunities.I enjoyed participating in cultural festivals,tech fests,sports events.
The placement cell at CMRCET is highly effective,with strong industry connections and a dedicated team.They provide comprehensive training,resume building,interview preparation,and careerguidance,ensuring students are job-ready.

What I didn’t like

The administrative processes can be slow and cumbersome,with excessive paperwork,and lack of transparency.This sometimes hinders student initiatives,innovation,and progress,causing frustration and demotivation among students and faculty alike.
While the campus is well-maintained, some facilities like labs, libraries, and sports infrastructure require modernization and expansion to accommodate the growing student body. Limited access to cutting-edge technology, and software.
The course curriculum, although rigorous, needs updating to reflect industry trends, emerging technologies, and research-oriented learning. Some subjects feel redundant, and more emphasis on practical applications, and case studies.

Placement Experience:

*Eligibility and Campus Placements* Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester onwards, with around 50-60 companies visiting the campus, including Amazon, Microsoft, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, and Capgemini, making around 300-400 offers every year. Placement Details* The highest package offered is ?15 lakhs per annum by Amazon and Microsoft, while the average package is ?4-5 lakhs per annum by TCS, Infosys, and Wipro, with profiles such as Software Engineer, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, IT Consultant, and more, resulting in around 70-80% of eligible students getting placed. Alternative Options* If no campus placement is offered, students can opt for off-campus placements, pursue higher education or certifications to enhance employability, or explore entrepreneurship by starting their own ventures or working on innovative projects. Why cmr?

What I Liked

The faculty in the college takes care about your study,by alloting mentors to a group of 30 students.
They emcourage in games of you have a talent in playing the particular games.
The events of study that is like hackathon and etc are conducted accordingly.

What I didn’t like

The fests and events cultural are conducted very poorly they need to improve this.
The placements now a days are givem less in our college,how ever that depends on a student capacity.
The faculty takes care until the 1 and half year that is 3rd sem,after that it's your job to take care of your studies.

Placement Experience:

From the end of the 4year the students get placements.But we can participate in internships by good performance by 3rd year as I saw many of my seniors got internships by 3rd year.But students getting placements is a difficult thing now a days,And coming to cmr it's 60% getting placements.

Internships Opportunities:

In our college the internship opportunities are great.I have seen my seniors got placement in internships taking stipen of 40000 per month and from various companies.The internship how ever depends on the projects made and knowledge in the student.
