Selection & counselling for admissions is done by MCC under DGHS, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MoHFW), New Delhi.

Documents required at the time of admission are:

1. Allotment Letter from NBE (Two Copies)
2. NEET Score Result Sheet (Two Copies)
3. NEET Hall Ticket (Two copies)
4. MBBS Degree Certificate from the concerned University
5. Internship Completion certificate (MBBS)
6. MD / MS Degree Certificate from the concerned University
7. Registration certificate from the MCI/State Medical Council (both for MBBS and MD/MS)
8. Experience certificate.(if any)
9. Character and conduct certificate
10. Proof of date of birth.
11. Transfer Certificate from the Institution last studied
12. Migration Certificate from the University
13. Medical Certificate for fitness (as per the format prescribed)
14. Passport size face close-up color photographs – 4 Nos
15. Copies of all certificates (one set)
